All parties are currently awaiting the outcome of the Secretary of State\u2019s deliberations on the matter and there is little we can add until we receive this.<\/p>\n<p>What we can confirm however is that the DRES scheme will not be rolled out on the 1st October (it seems unlikely that it will be rolled out before 14th October at the earliest) and for the time being we would therefore suggest that it remains \u2018business as usual\u2019 for our members.
